where are your products printed & Made

Important question. Thanks for asking!

All our paperstock is archival quality, on 100% recovered cotton fibres. Our cardstock is pH neutral, lignin-free, and comes from a company out of Massachusettes. And, the new paper we use for prints is museum quality, acid-free, and comes from a small company in Texas. 

Our prints are packaged along with a low VOC foamcore backing board, protected by a poly sleeve.

Books are printed with soy inks & the calendars are printed on 100% Post-Consumer Waste (PCW) paper by a company out of Minnesota (members of the green initiative). However, for our upcoming books and calendars for purchase in 2018, we're in conversation with a whole new source that is FSC certified and a leader in green printing... stay tuned!

And the paper we use to wrap each order is 100% recyclable and biodegradable. 

We (Fia & Brian) print everything to order, wherever we are. By hand. (Right now, your orders are shipped from South Portland, ME...)

what is your return/exchange policy

We will accept returns within 30 days of your purchase, and the item must be in resalable condition. We will ask you to cover the cost of shipping to return the item. Once received, your original payment will be credited, less shipping costs. 

If you would like to exchange an item, the item you’re returning must be in resalable condition. We will ask you to cover the costs of shipping both to return the original item & to ship out the new item. 

Please note: if this is a custom order, a commission or an original, we cannot accept either a return or an exchange unless we've had a conversation & agreed upon another alternative.

what if I haven't received my package

If you haven’t received your package there could be a number of reasons.

Check the tracking log with the number we send out to you when the package first ships. It might have been delivered to the wrong address (in which case your local post office will be the ones to address this).

If the delivery service claims your package was delivered but you still don’t have it, wait a day. Sometimes it's on the truck out for delivery. If you still don't receive it, contact your local post office and give them the tracking number to see what happened. 

Email us if you cannot resolve the issue.

what if my package arrived damaged or is not what I ordered

If there’s a problem with your order, email us immediately.

If the wrong item was shipped – we will take care of the cost to reship the correct item.

If your order arrived damaged, email us a picture so we can see if it was packed incorrectly or if the shipping service was clunky in handling. Either way, we will cover the cost to replace the damaged item(s).

how long will it take to receive my order

We do our best to get your order out in 1-2 business days. During a book release or a workshop or the holidays, we'll let you know if it's going to take a bit longer to ship. Once we have your order processed, we’ll send out a tracking number so you know when to look for it!
